AA TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LTD currently looking for a full time Project leader with experience in Cloud technology to join our team.

Responsibilities
• Determine the appropriate time to make advancement on projects and move on to further stages. Also,acknowledge when certain strategies aren’t effective and implement change of plans
• Carryout constant evaluation and adjustment within a specific period of time to ensure that both internal and external factors do not suffer
• Maintain direct and open interaction with line managers to make sure all resources needed for the project are available and also consider the negotiation of amendments to project plans to achieve best offers
• Promote teamwork at all times and set a good personal example of attitude and performance
• Identify, track, communicate, manage and resolve project issues
• Driving and reviewing collaboration technology diagnosis and assessment activities
• Developing presentation material and delivering presentations to senior IT stakeholders
• Determine customer needs, and based on current product offerings and value-added consulting services, design solutions that could be used to meet these needs.
• Conduct research and make recommendations on data mining products, protocols, services, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts.
• Working on projects across a variety of industry sectors
• Reviewing project quality, risk/issues, plans and track appropriate mitigation
• Proactive and efficient work-ethic, resulting in excellent client, and business feedback
• Managed external stakeholder expectation in terms of time, cost & quality in a very challenging multi vendor environment
• Leading multiple projects and Programme level reporting including Project planning, estimation and tracking, risks and issues management, resourcing and status reporting
• Manage the budget, resource forecast, resource utilization and change management process for the project
• Change planning, estimation and tracking, resourcing and implementation.
• Maintain effective communications with project office on all aspects of personal scheduling and project scheduling.
Preferred qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Skills
• Expert level knowledge in implementing and operating the AWS cloud platforms (EC2, S3, EMR, Redshift, supporting networking and management/monitoring services)
• Project experience implementing core infrastructure, networking and cloud-based services for business teams or consumers
• Deep AWS product knowledge and understanding of product features
• Hands on experience building solutions from AWS components using tools like CloudFormation, Ansible or Chef
• Expertise of cloud security and identity best practices
• Experience of creating cloud cost models and running cloud readiness assessments
• Conduct training for customers as part of implementation and in the classroom
• Experience of working with enterprise IT and implementing hybrid cloud solutions
• Exposure to other cloud platforms preferred (e.g. Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and Salesforce)
• Other advantages include exposure to Microservices design/implementation, API Management, Container technologies, Serverless, NOSQL, Caching, Messaging, Kinesis
• Experienced with running large complex global infrastructure spanning across multiple data centre leveraging private & public cloud.
• Experience designing and delivering secure cloud solution on AWS, Azure(must have)
Expertise in one or more Infrastructure automation technology(automating network and host provisioning)
• Prior Experience developing and/or supporting core Infrastructure computing services (Domain Controller, DNS, Virtualization, VMWare, Storage, Backup/Recovery, Data Security, Data Replication & monitoring.
• Expert level Compute Experience managing Hitachi, Cisco & Dell Infrastructure
Experience with Storage Products from EMC, Netapp, Hitachi and/or other storage products.
• Experienced with DevOps & ITIL approach in running a superior service operations & delivery function.
• Experience with robust Infrastructure Capacity Planning.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to project manage and work with cross-functional teams
